Terms of Service

These terms apply to paid CookieFree Analytics audits, tracking setup, and dashboard access.

Paid access	Product use requires completed payment before audits, snippets, reports, or dashboards are delivered.
Customer responsibility	Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of analytics and tracking is lawful in their jurisdiction.
Payment	Hosted checkout may be processed by NOWPayments or another configured payment provider. Secrets are not stored in public code.
Refunds	Refunds may be reviewed manually when payment cleared but no audit or access was delivered.
No legal advice	GDPR and privacy guidance is informational and does not replace legal advice.
